Cattledo Cards currently ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked shipping: $4.99 per order.
- Free standard shipping: Orders of $75.00 or more after discounts and before taxes.
Processing and delivery
In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and carrier holidays.
Tracking information is emailed after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or unusually high order volume.
Delivery area and restrictions
At launch, shipping is limited to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses. P.O. box eligibility depends on the selected carrier and parcel size.
Address changes
Please review the shipping address before placing an order. If an order has not shipped, contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or an order arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact Us page. For damage claims, keep all packaging and provide clear photographs of the parcel and items within 48 hours of delivery.
Preorders
Any preorder will show an estimated release or shipping date on its product page. Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may ship together when all items are available unless otherwise stated.
